  I didn't really care for their service and this was also partially stemming from Corporate AT&T's bad service too. I went in to have an order amended that I made through the AT&T website for an online purchase. Of course the store refused to honor the online pricing even though I had already spoke with a representative from the AT&T Customer Service line who assured me they could help me out. After they tried to sell me a plan that was clearly overpriced, they also made me call into AT&T ON MY OWN BEHALF when the order that I had placed needed to be cancelled, re-ordered and then would not re-establish the order. I used to work for a third party AT&T carrier myself and we always called in for the customer's when these sorts of things happened or at the very least contacted the district representative to see if we could do something to help them out. Instead they made me call in and after a 2 hour call to Customer Service I still had no resolution for my phone upgrade. I was very unimpressed by this location's customer service skills and like most retail places, they're just trying to nab money out of you, and when you aren't bringing THEIR store income, they refuse to help. I will never shop here again.
