  After looking at engagement rings at several other local stores, I chose Schmidt's... and I'm glad that I did! They were by far the most responsive in terms of returning phone calls and answering questions. They also had competitive pricing, and the final price tag was right in the range we agreed upon - no surprises. They do beautiful work. My fiancee wanted something "vintage" (I still don't know what that means...) but Schmidt's worked with us to create a beautiful custom setting. I strongly recommend them, based on both customer service and overall quality.

  I found Schmidt's over 9 years ago. Rachel is my GIRRRRRRL! She has helped me design and create several pieces of custom jewelry. I have gotten everything from a little somethin' somethin' for myself to anniversary gifts for hubs (cool chunky bracelet, anyone?) to $6 hoop earrings. What I love the most about Schmidt's is their commitment to perfection. Rachel is a stickler for the smallest of details and has brought to light pros and cons of each design. I value and trust her. Now, Brenda (owner), is also an amazingly wonderful chick. She has infinite knowledge and wants to make sure her clients know they are appreciated and not just a number. She (as will the whole Schmidt's team) will bend over backwards to get you a particular item. They will not sell inferior products and stand behind their products 150%. I am SO Team Schmidt's. The customer service, the friendliness, the helpfulness is so genuine. It's not snobby and if you walk in there wearing shorts and a grubby t-shirt, you'll still be treated like a VIP.
