  I don’t even want to give them 1 star! Staff was very rude and not helpful in any way. I recommend they take more classes in customer service, especially the old lady with the long dark hair.

  Had an absolute wonderful experience on 9-28-16. Came in looking for certain clothing pertaining to a character I was trying to look like. First I was asked if I needed assistance so I explained my situation and the manager immediately started to help me look. She not only found a dress that would work but she also found the perfect purple boots! We couldn't find the scarf that she thought they had so she took my name and phone number and is going to call me if they find it! How is that for service!? AWESOME AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Thank you so much!
