  I've been doing business for years there and only there for my parts which I usually never have issues with parts ever. I just had a part fail with in 3 months of the one year warranty. They said they couldn't find the receipt under my business account name and that I would have to talk to the manager in the morning. So I show up this afternoon to talk with him and first thing he says is "your account is inappropriate and we can't have that here". I've had the account over two years there. So I grab my part they wouldn't warranty and will never be back. Go to Carquest on main. They will stand behind there stuff and not be rude about it.

  After reading I see I'm not the first to have issues with Darren, the manager. I've done all of my business for parts and vehicle supplies with this location since moving to the area 3 years ago. I put on a lot of miles so I buy a lot of items in bulk. Travis has always been extremely helpful and he was the reason I kept coming back. Special ordered a tonneau cover, worked directly with the manager to make sure it was what I wanted, and he assured me it was. Go to install it, it doesn't have what he promised it did. Go to exchange it, and he tells me he's not going to keep ordering covers for me to "try out" like it's my fault that he was wrong and I wasn't going to suck it up and use it anyway. Needless to say, I think my business will be appreciated elsewhere.
