  Store is ok prices are ok but if you have a question about one of there products don't ask the manager he will attempt to belittle you for asking. Case in point I went in to get a replacement belt for my $1000 band saw I purchased there I asked the person at the till were the belts are because I could not find anyone else. She polity radio for help when the manager arrived he said very rudely "we will need a part # or at least know what saw you have" I replied I have this saw and herr is the part# then he started rudely we don't carry replacement belt you have to order it. Wow could you just say you don't have belts at all before assuming I blindly drive around town looking for a random belt. I petty the staff that work under this guy. Business would be better if he just stayed in his office and was no longer allowed on the showroom floor.
