  I tried 3 times to make a payment on the phone. The pauses in between instructions and selections is not set up to allow you to provide info or figure out if you shud proceed. No matter what I did it was the wrong choice. I could pay an additional $9 to actually speak to someone but decided to go to West acres and make payment. I got there about 10:30. Couldn't find anyone. So I went upstairs, again no one in site. Back down I went and ran into an employee who said I had to make the payment at a cash register downstairs, no other option. Thank goodness I finally found a very nice gentleman on his way to the dishes and small appliance area. Whew payment made, stress level decreased. I now understand why stores are closing. Absolutely no service for anything in any way shape or form.
