  Went in shopping for boots as I've shopped here before. Found a pair online and came into try them on. The older guy that helped us was lack of enthusiasm with 0 customer service. I asked for a 10 White with Crystal inlay Bridal boots made by Corral. He didn't even type on the computer to look up and stated rudely, these boots are only made up to a 9.5. I thanked him kindly and left. Walked by the Buckle and they had the exact brand and size available!! Needless to say they got my sale and will NEVER be spending my time or money at this location again. He needs a few customer service classes :)
