- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆July 06, 2019, by shark615 in TulsaWe use the mall gift certificates at the main store. Then, when shopping, I found out they don't - so i went to the BB Mobile store in the mall. They don't take the mall gift certificates either. Every other person I spoke with at the store had a different answer. Training staff on this issue might keep you from having a frustrated customer like me. I may just buy this item somewhere else just to make my point.
