  We have had several jobs completed by Accent and have been very pleased each and every time. First, we had one of their cleaning crews come through our home every other week for five years during the time we were having our children. The team, led by Sheila, were courteous, accommodating and thorough. Second, when in my exhaustion after having twins I left water running in our top floor that seeped all the way down to our main floor, Accent was there immediately to assess the damage and get to work. They quickly ripped up carpet, got fans and heaters going and worked hard to dry out each level of our home. It worked and passed each inspection to ensure our home was safe. Third, when we decided to finish our basement, they worked very hard to match the colors and themes we had in the other parts of the house. They also brought us some ideas that matched our budget and we absolutely loved the outcome. Lastly, when it came time for us to build our current home, we knew that with our past experience with them, and their showroom selection, that they were the ones we wanted building with us! Their experience and expertise in the building and remodeling area are top-notch. They listened to our budget and made the selection process so easy. They would bring us a few samples, give us their thoughts and the decision was never agonizing. Anyone building or remodeling can agree that the easier the consultant can make it, the more valuable they are! This is certainly the case with Accent and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning crew, water issue, or a building and/or remodeling business.

  After speaking with numerous companies regarding our master bathroom renovation, we decided to go with Accent for our tile and flooring work. Our sales rep Shawn took the time to come on site, look at and discuss what our expectations were and the timeline and budget we were looking at. He took the time to go over numerous sets of tile samples and layouts to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. The estimate came in right where we expected it to be and the estimated timeline was set. He coordinated the project with the other sub-contractors involved and minus a couple delays, the project was completed as anticipated. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR NEW SHOWER AND FLOORING. We loved it so much we expanded the project and had Accent install new hardwood and carpeting in other rooms within our house! Also absolutely beautiful! Thanks Accent! Other than a couple delays (probably should have been expected in this large project) and some unforeseen additional charges direct from the installers (make sure everything is communicated directly through your sales rep to be sure it is handled correctly) this was a great experience.

  It was a real pleasure working with Accent on my kitchen remodel project. Although there were some issues with subcontractors, Mike from Accent took care of things immediately!
